The role is comprised of customer service related tasks, and also focusing on contacting non-State Farm customers to quote them and bring their business to State Farm. This is a base plus commission role where the sky is the limit!

Duties include but not limited to:
· Assisting customers with payments and policy changes
· Setting appointments for yourself for new business on-boarding and policy reviews
· Answering billing questions
· Calling on payment reminders
· Calling to existing book of business
· Achieve Minimum calls per day goals for prospecting for new business
· Learn needs based scripts for phone conversations and in person appointments
·Actively goal plan with agent to hit your bonus goals
