Job Description

Trueline's client, a leading plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in El Segundo, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic litigation practice focused on wage and hour class actions and individual employment law matters.

*Two years of paralegal experience REQUIRED

*MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish

What You'll Do as the Paralegal:

- Provide critical support to the legal team in case management and document preparation

- Draft, file, and serve legal documents for state and federal courts

- Manage calendars, schedule court appearances, and coordinate with court reporters

- Prepare hearing binders and maintain organized client and case files

- Conduct legal research and data analysis as needed

- Serve as a bilingual liaison for client communications and inquiries

- Provide routine case updates to clients

Must-Haves as the Paralegal:

- 2-5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting

- Fluency in both Spanish and English

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Commitment to high ethical and professional standards

- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation

Nice-To-Haves as the Paralegal:

- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program

- Experience in employment law, wage and hour cases, or civil litigation

- Class action lawsuit experience

- Familiarity with both state and federal court procedures
