Job Description Are you passionate about helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist who's ready to be the friendly face (and voice!) that supports our clients and keeps our operations running smoothly. This isn't your average desk job-you'll be interacting with clients, handling vital information, and ensuring the success of day-to-day operations with precision, professionalism, and a positive attitude. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you! What You You Will Be Doing: Be the first point of contact for our clients-answering phone calls and greeting walk-ins with a warm, professional presence. Assist with receiving client samples and fulfilling supply requests. Respond to client inquiries quickly and accurately-or connect them with the right team member. Maintain and update client records in our CRM, LIMS, and financial software systems. Perform accurate data entry of sample information into our system. Generate and distribute laboratory information sheets. Coordinate shipping and mailing-prepare supplies, arrange deliveries, and handle outgoing mail. Support our website service team and internal departments with essential client data and insights. Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. What You Bring to the Table: A commitment to client satisfaction and clear communication. A keen eye for detail and a love for accuracy. The ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, can-do attitude. Basic computer proficiency and the willingness to learn new systems. Flexibility to work overtime when needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bonus: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required-we value the right attitude and drive to grow.
