Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Events & Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of trade shows, conferences, and marketing programs across the Americas region (USA, Canada, and Latin America). This role will be approximately 70% event coordination and 30% marketing support and will collaborate closely with the Americas Conference & Events Manager and Marketing Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic marketing team in the biopharma, life sciences, and environmental sectors. Key Responsibilities Event Management (70%) Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show participation across core market segments (Biopharma, Pharma, Life Science Research, Clinical/Forensic, and Food/Environment) Manage booth asset inventory, event kits, and display instruments with exhibit house vendors Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors for event logistics: booth design, A/V setup, catering, show services, and off-site event Submit exhibit applications, handle conference organizer requirements, and manage all event-related logistics and documentation Travel to events as needed to provide on-site support (setup, teardown, live coordination) Support lead capture and post-event follow-up activities to enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion Marketing Program Support (30%) Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing communication campaigns Coordinate tradeshow planning documents and marketing calendars Monitor campaign and event performance using analytics tools; provide reporting and insights Support content creation for digital channels, email campaigns, and printed materials Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment Qualifications Required 1–3 years of experience in event planning, trade shows, and marketing support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong project management and time management skills Ability to lift and transport materials/equipment up to 40 lbs Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and international) Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media Previous experience in life sciences or technology sectors Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment Education: Bachelors Degree Compunnel
