About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team on-site (hybrid) in our Austin, TX office. We're seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!
What You'll Do: The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 6-10 Sales Development Representatives.
- Coaching reps on strategy and technique.
- Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit.
- Partnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.
- Working with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners.
What You'll Need: - 1 year of experience as a SDR or sales team lead or manager.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO.
- Track record of leading a successful team.
- Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment.
- Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $74,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
