Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Production Operators in Skaneateles New York 13153 with $22-$22/hr pay DOE for a 12-month contract duration, temp role. In this role, you’ll play a key part in assembling small, high-tech components used in cutting-edge products. You’ll work with a dedicated team in a clean, safety-focused environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Must have 3 yrs mechanical or electrical assembly experience; microscopes or soldering irons is a plus – APPLY NOW!

Schedule:  7am-3:30pm Monday- Friday; OT required based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small, intricate component parts or sub-assemblies using tools like screwdrivers, clamps, tweezers, wire cutters, and more.
• Use magnifying equipment or microscopes to carry out fine-detailed assembly work.
• Learn and apply soldering techniques — prior experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train!
• Maintain high accuracy while performing repetitive tasks with manual dexterity and sharp eyesight.
• Handle basic chemicals safely and follow written instructions precisely.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Atleast 3 yrs mechanical or electrical assembly experience is required
• Must have soldering experience and comfort working with small, delicate parts
• Strong mechanical skills, with good manual dexterity and sharp eyesight for detailed tasks
• Familiarity or interest in electronics, such as cell phones, gaming devices, or small gadgets
• Experience with microscopes or soldering irons is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn and grow in a hands-on role
