Position Title: Wheel Production Associate

Wage: $18.50/Hour +$2.00 Shift Premium

Shift: 2nd Shift

Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Wheel Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Operate packing equipment to fill cheese wheel molds with cheese curd, monitoring cheese wheel size
- Stack wheels horizontally onto cheese presses
- Flip 22lbs wheels in press to ensure proper wheel form
- Palletize finished wheels and transfer cheese to other production areas using forklift
- Remove cheese from molds, trimming excess product with knife
- Clean and sanitize production area and manufacturing equipment
- Add the seasoning to cheese in the treating department

Requirements For Wheel Production Associate:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up 20-30lbs repetitively
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform repetitive twisting, bending, wrist and upper body movements
- Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
- Able to read, comprehend and prepare production worksheets in English
